4 | Terms of Sale

All prices are full price in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout and cost will depend on the delivery location. Refunds are available on all products returned in resalable condition and within 30 days from arrival. When a faulty product is delivered contact support@jsn.com to arrange an exchange or full refund to the purchase account in the original currency. Appropriate action will be taken when a breach of use or sale has occurred.


5 | Return Process

We accept returns made within 30 days after payment was received. Returned products must be in the same condition you received with the original labelling and packaging. Returns cannot be made on underwear unless faulty and has not been removed from the original packaging. A returns form must be emailed along with the payment confirmation sent to you when payment was received. A refund will be processed to the original credit card used to make the payment. The exact purchase amount (excluding shipping) will be refunded. Refunds will be made within 7 business days of being approved by our customer service team. Delivery charges for all returns are at your own expense. Your refund will be processed when our customer services team has been notified by the supplier that the original items have been received in their original labelling and packaging. All returns are at your expense and can made with any courier you choose. A copy of the returns form can be found at http://www.jsn.com/returns/forms. 6 | Delivery

We will send you proof of payment via email when your payment has been processed. Our email will act as an acceptance of your offer. In New Zealand, free shipping is provided on all orders over $100. All orders under $100 will incur a $10 standard shipping fee (actually cost to be determined). All deliveries will be made within 7 days. Delivery times are only an estimate. JSN has no responsibility for any late delivery. All deliveries will not require your signature and will be made at your own risk. JSN holds no responsibility for any damage or theft of products that occur during delivery. When you order multiple products, separate deliveries will be made for each item and delivery times will vary. The courier will not take responsibility if the package is stolen from the delivery address. A track and trace number will be emailed when your package has been dispatched from the supplier’s warehouse. This track and trace number can be entered on the courier’s website to see view the package delivery status. If an order is not delivered, then you must let us know within 7 days. If the delivery address is a business, then you must mention the name of the business. Orders within New Zealand will be delivered with NZ courier. International couriers will be delivered with DHL. Express orders will be delivered overnight as long as payment is received before 12pm. Express delivery service will incur an additional $10 fee at checkout (New Zealand only) *international express shipping later.
